Emily is our Program and Family Coordinator! She oversees various patient family programs, updates our prayer journal, and assists with other day to day tasks. Emily visits patients and families in the hospital and enjoys spending time with them and getting to see their excitement when she delivers goodie bags to help encourage them during their stay. Emily graduated from Auburn University with a Master’s degree in ESL and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Emily taught Kindergarten for three years and K-5 ESL for two years. She is so thankful God provided the blessing of working with aTeam Ministries this year. She loves the heart and mission behind aTeam Ministries and getting to spend time with patients and families! In her spare time, Emily loves spending time with her husband, Matt and golden retriever, Bo going on walks, swimming at the lake, or going to Auburn sporting events! They are so grateful the Lord has blessed them with the gift of a baby girl due in October.
