Caroline serves as aTeam’s Program and Volunteer Coordinator. A Birmingham native, she earned both her bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Education and her master’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Auburn University.Before joining aTeam, Caroline worked as a Special Education teacher until the birth of her first child. Her passion for serving children and families navigating medical journeys grew from her own experience advocating for her son’s medical and developmental needs.Caroline is thankful for God’s faithfulness in leading her to aTeam and feels blessed to serve families during some of life’s most challenging seasons. Caroline and her husband, Blake, are the proud parents of two toddler boys, Rowe and Mills, who keep life full of adventure and fun!
